WHICH SUBJECT is the data controller of personal data?

If you decide to link your TRIPLE’D&J’MILANO Account to a membership account with a TRIPLE’D&J’MILANO Partner ("Linking Account"), TRIPLE’D&J’MILANO will obtain your consent to link and use the personal data obtained from the Linking Account, including your purchases and returns. We use this personal data to create the Partner Orders page viewable in your TRIPLE’D&J’MILANO account and to give you access to select benefits, such as access to exclusive TRIPLE’D&J’MILANO products, rewards and experiences, when you shop with our Partners. Legal bases
